Hello, I was wondering if the similarity below could be a problem. For example, there is a website artphantoms.com and a trademark Art Phantoms. One of the trademarked categories (say category 5) relates to providing creations of art, including photographic art, on the internet. The website in question deals with multiple users who register on the site and submit their works or art, comment on it, compare with each other and generally interact with each other. I would like to register a website peoplephantoms.com and trademark it as People Phantoms under the same category 5, and similarly relate it to providing pictures on internet. The idea for my website however is not art in itself, but to provide photographic pictures of different places in the world, people, architecture of cities, landscape photos, animals and so on. No user accounts, no community. Pictures will be either my own, sent by other people to me by email, or those pictures that are in public domain. I'm worried about the word Phantoms which is similar, and a content which is 'kind of' similar. Do you think it could potentially be a problem?
