Hi there, A few months ago I was approached about joining TradeDoubler. I decided I would give it a go, so tried to apply as a publisher on their site. However on about step 2 it kept coming up with an error that I hadn't selected a country or newsletter (when I had). I tried again and again but eventually gave up. I sent their support an e-mail but had no reply. I tried again last week but still it had the same problem. I decided I would phone them up and ask, and I was told that there was a bug in the system and it should be fixed by the end of the day. I tried the next day and was still having the same problem, and tried again today and its still not letting me sign up. I e-mailed them again a few days ago, but again I had no reply. Has anyone signed up to Trade Doubler in the past few weeks? I'm just wondering if there customer services/support are this poor already, and I am not even using the site yet, is it actually worth signing up? Surely they want to get people signed up as publishers, not be rejecting them all due to a dodgy sign up form? Thanks for any help.
Sorted the problem today, it was a problem with the cookies (just incase anyone ever has this kind of problem in the future)
