TradeDoubler that runs things like the LoveFilm DVD rental offers seems to have a broken sign up form, in that it always asks for "country" (despite it not even being on the form) and newsletter format (despite selecting all three variations after repeated attempts). How the hell do I sign up? Or is the whole thing dead?
