Tracking who is downloading

I have a service for radio stations, press, and dj's to download music from our company that is supplied by the record labels themselves. I was wondering is there a way I can track who is downloading these files so if I see a download coming from an outside source I can go to that website and ask them to remove it as well as changing the link on our server. I looked around but couldn't find exactly what I wanted.

Yeah I am looking more for something that will make sure my links dont appear on anyone elses websites because this is a login only service that you have to have an account with us so if the links appear somewhere else I was wanting to know so I could get them to take it down and change url of link.

Trying to find something that will redirect link etc so I dont have to put my full links up for people to download so they dont know the exact file name
