Hello, I have been running campaigns with Google for quite a while and now began running a campaign with Goclick. The only problem is that I can't track the source of Goclick's visitors on analytics. Does anyone know how it's done? Can I do it using Adwords cross-channel tracking (will it show in analytics?)? Thanks, Pascal.
Here is the section on Googles Web site: https://adwords.google.com/select/crosschannel.html As far as I know, you can't use cross channel in analytics, but you can just use the cross channel in Adwords (though it isn't very granular).
Could you not just track it through your web host? Most host standard stats programs track by source...
True, but you wouldnt be able to track conversions. You would be able to tell where the traffic is coming from, but you wouldn't be able to tell if they had bought anything.
Several days ago... I got really odd numbers in google analytics. Those number cant be ture for any means. So I dont trust analytics to be the best traffic tracking software now..
