Sorry if this has been asked before, i have been using analytics for some years, to measure traffic sources coming in. I also have a IP tracker monitoring traffic going out, but as we make our money on referals it would be nice to have 2 tools measuring where traffic goes. Im aware analytics can track where traffic goes but for the life of me i cannot work it out, any help in plain english is appreciated.

to help, our site is www.careers-seeker.co.uk , we advertise lots of jobs and each client has a marker so we can track them.

You need to use Ad management application to track outgoing traffic. Open X for example is an Ad management CMS which you can install on your website then you can track any internal promotions inside your website or if you put an affiliate or advertisers link on your website then you can count the number of time that link was clicked and hence giving you outgoing traffic details. It will give you good details about country, ip address, etc etc.
