Tracking Tool

I'm looking for good and reliable tracking tool for my site,
I need to know which word sales and which ones spend me money.
Please suggest me a tool that will cover all these tasks in a fast and efficient way.

Have you tried using Google Analytics?

 

I agree, just enable goal tracking, if you need to track sales then you could use the e-Commerce feature.
