tracking tool has stopped working

    not much else i can add to that.

    the dp tool stopped working a bout a week back. until then i'd happily been tracking results on gg, msn and y! for my ste, plus gg results for a few competitors.

    i haven't messed with preferences.

    any thoughts what i need to look for?

    Have you tried running a "check all" again?

    no error message, it appears to run correctly, yet all serps show as N/A.

    i run another API key with another set of KW and i have one or two duplicates from this key, they show up fine.

    i've run it 4 or 5 times since this started a week ago.

    er.. you've got me there. what external script ?

    that's the 'check all' function. i've run that 4 or 5 times since last week. (ran it again before i realised what it was)

    still getting N/A for all terms.

    What's a specific keyword/URL combo (exactly as entered in the keyword tracker) that you think it's reporting wrong? Also, what are you two "Restriction" settings set to under preferences?

    all ranking read the same (except the ones that have always ranked "N/A" in which case monthly change is "0"

    i see the above combo ranked at #9

    preferences set to no restriction and no restriction (i haven't made any changes to prefs for months).

    exactly, it should be ranking somewhere in first 10/low teens, but not N/A.

    few other oddities...

    tech had disabled php on the server so tracker.php had stopped working. i understand that would likely give nil reports for MSN/Y! but GG too?

    when i click on 'check all', i can refresh within a few moments and get today's results for keywords (all show today's date as 'last check' and the threads running notice disappears) but when i look at 'track backlinks' it's not updated.

    on this account i'm tracking some 45 keywords and 6 backling URLs, but surely it should take at least a couple of minutes to track.

    If your advanced usage script isn't working, it won't track anything.

    gave the techs a push, php re-installed, tracker.php working again.

    and i'mm seeing lots of green.
