    Hi

I am with Hostgator shared hosting.
And they provide AWstats, Webalizers for free.
But I seldom view the stats there.

    I will need to track
    e.g
www.siteA.com // to find out where my visitor came from
www.siteB.com/join/index.htm // to find out how many ppl view this page
www.siteB.com/purchase/purchase-form.htm // how many reach this page

Is there a way that I can customize my report, so that the above will display in a page. And it will show me further details if click on it.
    Thanks

Go with Google Analytics, don't waste your time with anything else!

Yes, Google Analytics is the best option. Plus its free. You just need to add a javascript code to your site pages, and you're done. Google Analytics now provides tracking for unlimited number of domains, so you can easily set up everything in one account. You can also share the stats with your clients, or friends etc by adding users to it.

    and setup goal tracking.

yes it tracks adwords clicks to your site and filters them out as such.

I'm not sure if it tracks people leaving your site via adsense or not.
