Tracking Software for Tracking PPC clicks to affiliate clicks

    I am looking for a software that will show the conversion of paid traffic to affiliate traffic. Example: I got 100 clicks from adwords and 60 of them clicked on my affiliate links. The software will show %60 conversion. Is there such a ready script / software?
