    Hi,

I have been using the Digital Point tracking system for our website and we are finally moving up the rankings at last...however, I have a question:-

**We check the results for google.co.uk every day using the tracker and as we have been moving up I have been checking the rank stated on the system to the actual results in google, and the results vary quite considerably.

For example "sell your house" on the tracker states www.housenetwork.co.uk are in 63 place, but I can't find it in the top 300. Any ideas why this would occur.

We check 35 keywords each day, by clicking on "check all"

Have you read the thread "confirmation needed" with reference to your settings in the word tracker for Country and Language?

To match google.co.uk, you would want to set the country restriction to the United Kingdom.

    Hi Shaun,

This is really confusing me now.....I took out the language and set it to no restrictions and all my keywords have dropped out of the top 200!

I checked them on www.google.co.uk and most of them are still there?

For example "sell my house privately" we are in 72, but the tracker states n/a and dropped by -9928.

Another example:- "selling my home privately" 67, but tracker states n/a and dropped by -9924

Do you have your account setup to look in the top 200? (The default is only 50 deep).

    yep...top 200

The tracker does not seem to be updating completely either...as around 75% of the keywords have not been updated since yesterday, in addition to the ones that have been reported incorrect.

Is this a general problem that other people are experiencing or only mine
