I made the mistake of running expensive Google campaigns over the weekend, got hundreds of clicks two small sales.

I lost more than $300 so far -- unless Buy.com reports sales later this week -- which is doubtful.

I contacted one vendor on how much of a delay before them report a lead or commission. No reply for 2 days.

To tell you the truth, I feel like a fool who has been duped out of his hard-earned money.

I am convinced it is not possible to make money with CJ unless there are some dark secrets i do not know. :(

For what its worth I am getting very odd tracking numbers too... I am showing hundreds of impressions, and between 50-100 clicks.

Heres the kicker... I only have about 20-30 visitors a day because its a new site. Seriously doubt every visitor is clicking 2-3 ads.

hardware1, I have tried buy.com and its crap. Their commission level is very low and depending on your kw the searches could be ton, but there are other great products that will make you good money within CJ.

Easy. None of those people bought items. Your traffic isn't targeted enough, or the products aren't what the customer is looking for.

tips1paiza - 98 clicks is not enough to base anything on and certainly does not necessarily indicate a tracking problem.
Some programs only convert 1 sale out of 200 clicks especially when you are new and just learning.

hardware1 - I'm not sure doing PPC to buy.com would work numbers wise. The PPC is probably high and the commissions are fairly low, especially if you are doing electronics. Have you learned PPC in-depth? Are you using "buy" keywords? Are you using negative keywords?

Sorry you lost so much money!
