Adwords conversion only track the leads which comes through ur campaign throgh landing page and finally to thank u page . while analytics took all those which comes both from ppc and organic on thank u page. thats d reason difference in the conversion data.

you can filter your conversions to show only those that have come from cpc source within analytics.

KarenFisher, it seems that there are some problems in Adwords related to conversion counting.

I am facing the exact same problem.

The counting of conversions seemed to stop last friday - 19th of sept - although in Analytics shows correctly. I have setup the same conversion page.

I am working for many years now in this so I know what I am saying.

It's very strange and it seems that Google is behind with data updating.

    Hope the best!

Thanks for your valuable suggestions and support. basically i have yet not understand what to do exactly for that problem?...so if possible can you all provide me possibilities on that problem or should i assume that adwords updates bit slow to show all conversions.

Waiting for your positive and soonest reply to above.

It is not that difficult to find.

Go to google analytics >>> traffic sources >>> search engines >>> Goal Conversions and hit paid. You will get the conversion % of paid traffic. I hope you be able to get the actual no. of conversions from the paid traffic.
