Tracking Problem for Goal Conversions

    Hello friends,

I have a problem while tracking the Goal Conversions. I am using Google Analytics to track all my traffic. I have a single Contact Us form on my website that can be used by people looking for the job or people looking for the services i am offering. This means, when the goal conversion takes place, it is the one and a same thing for GA. How can i know via GA that the Goal converted was either the service enquiry or the job enquiry.

    Thanks
    Shailendra

As you mentioned that you have only one contact page, then there is no way to track what clients are looking for?
If you want to track the jobs inquiries and services inquiry separately, you should update your contact form putting the options of services like an drop down list of your services and you should create two thanks page, one for the job inquiry and other for the services inquiry. Then you can track the exact numbers of conversions..:)

    Hello shailendra.

As manish.chauhan said, you need to to have TWO pages (or as many as needed) where you thank the customer for asking your services. Each one must correspond to a different service you are offering. Then you may assign each 'thank you' page to a goal and track the goals independently.

    Cheers.
