tracking popups window

I am running a flash game on topup window, can any one tell me who to implement event tracking in popups , is that possible ?

Please guide

 

You can add an onclick event handler to the links which is triggering the popups (if that's the way popups are made)

Are they automatic popups without any user action?
Still you should be able to call the _trackEvent method along with popups.
