    Hello,
    I own a transport company website and I need to create a form where my customers enter the tracking number and will give informations about their transport.(i will also need a administrator form where I will enter the details. ) I need a simple form on my index page,without beeing needed to sign up or something. Who can make that PM'me. I can pay up to 50$ for this. Thank you.
