Tracking Issues Continue...

I've been having tracking issues since about 2 days ago. I had them before but never that severe. Are most of you having them too?

 

What do you mean by tracking issues? I believe my sales and leads figures are off on my sites...

 

Exactly. My traffic is the same. But my sales are not showing. Anyway, I think it's just a temporary thing that we all go through from time to time.

I am just about fed up with CJ's sales data for ebay. It happens every few weeks and really makes it hard to keep ppc under control. Shame on you CJ.

 

I have the same problem, I thought I was smoking some kind of illegal stuff (joking) when I saw these stats yesterday:

AwStats Showed 76 Unique Visitors with each visitors averaging 5 pages, yet, I only had 7 impressions total?

Something is wrong here seeing how my eBay banner is posted on the right so it should've been well up around 400-500 impressions. And my tracking has been screwed for the last couple of days too. Last sales came in March 5 (the day they started screwing with the maintenance.)

 

when i click on perfomance reports i see 10 leads. when i select "this month" at the right i see 18 leads. and the commision amouns are all messed up. Every page i look at gives another $ amount.

Does this have anything to do with this error?

IDK what is going on but I wish they'd really get it straightened out though, its nerve racking...

 

It is not illegal if you only think you are smoking it. I personally think that ebay is smoking it.

i just received an ebay "make good bonus" for february..... it was listed in feb 29th's revenue with a post date of today.....

I got some too. It's way below what I expected.

 

Same here, got a small "Revshare Make Good" payment today that was back-posted to Feb 29. Granted I'm somewhat new to this but I was doing ok up until the end of Feb when suddenly commissions dropped to nothing and no new commissions as of today. Hope they get this fixed soon.

 

How do you know it was a "make good" payment? I received what is labeled a "Bonus" today, but I believe I'm still waiting for the make good on commission shortfalls. That is, unless they choose to mis-identify those as a bonus. I only wish there was some sort of full disclosure and clarity about how commissions are actually calculated. I'm still pretty new to eBay, and it all seems like a crap shoot to me.

I got a "Bonus" added to Feb 29 - $1.00. And a few commissions on that day with a post date of March 8. Thumbs up on the customer service, eBay. Nobody knows what's happening or how long it will last.

 

It makes using PPC a nightmare when this happens. They need to really try to have accurate amounts at a set time. Argg.

 

It really sucks because I'm not seeing much activity right now which is making me think (has my earnings just totally stopped or what.)

 

I've been getting solid number of sales last 3 days, I'm not seeing any issues.

If the trend continues this will be my best month ever, by a good margin.
