    I'm using awstats at the minute. Is there anyway of extracting that information from there?

    just pull your traffic log file as there are plenty of programs out there to import your log file into.

    Look at the referrers section. They are all the pages that people have come to your site from.

    You can either download the log files through an FTP client, or your hosting control panel may have a way to download them.

    Once you've got the logs, you can do it manually.

    The easiest way is just to copy and paste the referrers though...
