Tracking IFrame activity Javascript

    I am currently trying to work out how to track user’s actions in a iFrame on my site http://tinyurl.com/32yrjp.

    The iframe source is external and any link visited from the iframe is opened in a new window (it is a shopping comparison tool). I was told that there are ways to give each user a reference and track when they compare prices and click to an external shopping site.

    A similar website http://tinyurl.com/2rahd8 uses the file ‘track.js’ (Javascript) which is also used in the cube cart tool. They use post affiliate pro to implement the tracking function.

    I will be grateful for any suggestions.
