Tracking Email Addresses in Google Analytics

I am running a Google PPC campaign for a lead-generation website. I want to know whether I can track the email addresses submitted in the online form with Google Analytics. Is there a way to find out the email addresses in Analytics?

I want to do this because I want to find out how many leads are generated with PPC, and how many from SEO. Interestingly, my PPC account is telling me that the campaign is giving me between 30 and 40 leads every month. But when the sales team is calling up the prospects, most people are saying that they came from the organic listings. So I want to know whether the PPC traffic is giving me good ROI.

Thanks in advance for all your help.

I think most of people do not know if come from paid ads or organic listings, I guess they tell that "I found you in Google".

You need to set up conversion tracking on the e-mail confirmation page.
