I was wondering if there was a way to track down low paying ads on a website with thousands of pages without having to do it manually ?

    Let google do it.
Seriously: if you make sure you don't have too much adspace on your site - google will make sure the ads with effectively the highest CPM will show up on your pages.
On pages with lots of visitors it may also be worthwhile to find out whether in that niche there are high paying keywords that for some reason isn't mentioned on that page. If you can mention it without compromising the subject of that page (in other words: it should look 'natural'), do so. Add that word to the keyword-tag as well, especially on pages with little text.

thanks for the replies. I do know about filtering and the adsblacklist website. I just don't want to add sites to the filter that do not advertise on my website.

I basically would like a comparison between known low paying click ads / mfa sites and the ads on my website :)
