Tracking Code Problems

    Hi,

I would like some opinions please.

I have a high page rank site but have recently installed Google Analytics so from the main navigation bar when you click on any page you see www.website/pagename/trackingcode first and than the normal url in the address bar.

I just did a title tag update and Google indexed the pages, within a day had number 1 - 3 rankings for the keywords and than Google dropped the pages and on some pages reverted back to the old title tag version (prior to installing the tracking codes).

I am thinking Goolge is seeing these pages now as affiliate pages due to the tracking codes and dropping them.

What do you think? Please ask any questions that may need clarifying!

    thanks,

    IMW

I am consultant of the site and would rather keep it confidential.

Anyone else have any comments on this!

    Thanks
