tracking clientID conversions for campaigns

    -When a clientID is specified, is it automatically linked with the campaign data (utm_source, utm_term,...)?

    -When this clientID makes transactions, I will sent the data with the measurement protocol http://www.google-analytics.com/collect?v=1&tid.... If I only insert the clientID in here, will I be able to see in the reports the total transaction value of the clientId based upon the campaign data? Like for instance the average transaction value of the user for a certain traffic source or keyword?
