    Hello guys,
We placed a banner at http://vpschoice.com, we receive traffic both from the banner and the text at this site. How can I monitor the banner efficiency?
    Thanks in advance

Add promo code to your URL "http://www.natcoweb.com/special_offers.html".

Google Analytics supports campaign tracking. All you need is to do is to add your ad campaign information in your URL to track the click throughs.
    Google tracking URL builder: http://www.google.com/support/analytics/bin/answer.py?hl=en-uk&answer=55578

For instance, the publisher's name is "vpschoice.com", campaign type is "banner", promo code is "vps_2010_09". Then your URL will be something like:
    http://www.natcoweb.com/special_off...om&utm_medium=banner&utm_campaign=vps_2010_09

You can then access the report in Google Analytics from "Traffic Sources" -> "Campaigns"

Since you have two different type of ads. You can put "image" and "text" in "Campaign Content" textbox. Or use different promo code or different campaign type. Whatever works for you.
