Hi folks, Any idea how I can know from which keyword phrase the person who called me came to my website from google? I have a website for security and surveillance equipment, in order to buy the person has to call, or send me an email to make the transaction with the credit card company, How can I track this process? Using Goolge analytics you should be able to track who gets to your contact page for example via the keyword they used. You could also do something like writing the keyword to db ( you can get this from referer ) then give a unique code per keyword search presented on the contact page. When they call they have to mention the code? Then you'll know how they got there? Might be a bit much but shouldnt be too hard to code?
