tracking adwords sent to an ebay affiliate site

    is there a way to track sales through buying adword's clicks to an ebay aff. site?

    what i want to know is what keywords resulted in sales...but i dont know where i would put the conversion code.

    i doubt there is, but thought i'd ask.

    if what i said is not possible...what is the best way to track performance of adwords sent to an affiliate site?
