Tracking adsense clicks with google analytics goals

I started using astrack.js to track my adsense clicks as goals about a month ago. At first the clicks matched up right with adsense, but after the frist few days I noticed a growing trend that the clicks do not match up, not even close.
Before I'll track upwords of 40 clicks in a day, adsense will show 1 or 3, sometimes none at all.
This is across 5 sites generating between 200-500 uniques per day. On a good day it can be over 1000.
The same time I noticed that adsense was not showing these clicks was the same time my adsense income went to squat.

Ive been checking my server logs to see if I can find a pattern, some coming in over and over clicking the ads but I can't find anything like that. The numbers don't match up to be a click attack.

My first thought was to wait it out, these things happen I said to myself. Well it's been near a month now and nothing has changed.

So can anybody tell me is asclick.js worthless? Is there another way I can track clicks? I looked at some of the older posts about this on the forum and at least one of the options is no longer valid due to some change in adsense (which could be effecting my numbers?).

Please let me know if you have any ideas.

My analytic is showing more visitors then adsense is showing impressions and 300 plus more pageviews.. I think somehting is wrong with that site of mine. But some of my other sites are fine.

Yes analytics also shows more hits to my site than adsense (on all my sites)
