I have a personal interest in the number of page that Google has dumped. How widespread a problem is it? Concept - people who change their pages/keyword focus on a page, will no longer track that keyword, therefore from 1 to 9999 they will delete that tracker. However, people will still track 9999's when they consider they could/should come back at some time. I have a number that are in the top 1 of Yahoo, but 80+ or off the map in Google. - Therefore track % of pages say max change of negative 100 What is the average PR of the pages tracked?
Eh... not sure how useful that info is to other users. You'd be talking about a decent amount of work building it and they probably would be fairly resource intensive if you want to factor in ones that were ranked at one point. Also, there is no more PageRank. Google killed that a few years ago.
