Tracker down? Big problems

I think there are big problems with the tracker at the moment.

    Here are the problems:

    1. ALL the keywords that I had achieved rankings for have got -9,958 or similar with a N/A. This is not true - all my words are still listed. This is across Google, Msn and Yahoo

    2. It normally takes me about 30mins to complete the full check. It has just completed in about 3 minutes.

    3. All my backlinks are showing 0 across all search engines.

    Just thought I'd report it.

    Martin

Tracker isn't down... if you are using the advanced usage script, maybe your script/server is down where you are running it though.

I've been noticing some problem as well.
It only validates once a day. I have the API and even then it only validates one time. All the other times it just goes through them without really checking them. (I hit Check All and then refresh and it states that it's already done, so it doesn't really check them).

Mine only checks every 2-3 days anymore. In another post DP posted that your 1000 usages doesn't refresh every day and sometimes it can take up to 48 hours to get another 1000 usages from it.

If you click on one manually, you can see the specific error. Does it say it's out of queries?

I can only do it once a day as well, but that is enough for me. I will check to see what error shows up though.

DP: no, doesn't say anything... it checks it I guess.... it's just whne I click check all.
SO:That seems to be a problem from the advanced script on your server. For some reason it can not open up the http request.

That is just what I get everyday now after I have used the tool once. It really not a big deal for me though as once a day is enough.

That's a problem with the server you are hosting the advanced usage script on.

I'm seeing the same thing. I've been completely dropping from the SERPs for a few days now, according to Keyword Tracker, but when I check manually I'm right where I'd expect to be.

First I thought that maybe it's some kind of regional differences or something, but it's happening for Google, MSN and Yahoo! simultaneously, so I can only guess that the tracker is occasionally returning a false -9999.

I'm not complaining, mind you, just a little FYI to help debug the problem.

Nothing has changed on my end AFAIK.

For anyone getting a problem, please click on an individual keyword and copy/paste the specific error shown.

Same problem here, but only when I check all. If I click a specific link, it finds the correct ranking. If I check all, they are all N/A.

P.S. I only check once a day at most. Most of the time, I check only a couple times per week.

    UPDATE:

Just "checked all" again, and it's working correctly now.
