Track sales from instagram clicks

    Is it possible to track incoming traffic from instagram, converted into sales? How to? Please help. What changes required in Google Analytics?

    You can see if there are sales from Instagram by going in Google Analytics>Acquisition>All Trafic>All Channels>Social (you may have to setup properly Google analytics code to see sales - that may also depend on the plugin/module you use to activate Google tracking code in your website).

    Setting up sales tracking in google analytics is best achieved by the standard plugin/module provided by your platform. Search the forum of the platform provider to find it.
