Track Invalid clicks

    Can we track invalid clicks through google analytics? If so how can we track? What i have to do in my google analytics account?

    are you talking about clicking on Adsense? Not this is not possible.

    Is there any third party tool through which we can track inavalid clicks so that i can be safe? I dont want to get banned due to invalid clicks.

    Google analytic can show only spam traffic.

    You can ask your hosting provider, some are providing such tools by using the same you can track the IP address of visitors. If you think some spammy traffic is coming from specific IP you can restrict your site for that specific IP. I am using AWStats.
