since 1month i am hearing more about this "traces of http://eval.google.com"..

can any one give a resource link if where can i find the complete info ????

I think it started in 2003/2004

Google evaluation lab uses people around the world to make "quality evaluations" of various search results as a way to improve their algorithm.
