Totally revamped free directory deep linking ok with recip

Hey all;

I totally redid my directory and would like comments as I've only seen in firefox. If you recall earlier when I set it up it was a bit all over the place, now it looks better and runs a bit smoother.

Recips only required if deep-linking, otherwise completely free.

I find the background very distracting. It's nice for the top but makes things hard to read further down.

I've been fixing it up so that text is always on a white background.

The goal is really to get a human browsed directory as well as robots. The damn bizdirectory ones everyone and their dog is coming out with are not human friendly.

It's ok to do things a little different, it makes the web a lot more interesting it's just that with my old eyes I find the background distracting, for lot's of people this may not be a issue, but for me (and perhaps a few other older users) it may be an problem!

 

Very hard on the ol' eyes. Also need an automotive category. I'll be sure to add to the dir. once the category is available.

 

I find this in the submissions area to be overly casual.

More professional might be.

"Links to a directory site with redirects that do not pass PR, will not be listed."

I understand the offense you may feel about directory redirects, but a hypothetical personal accusation is felt to some extent by anyone reading.
