totally redone: plse check

    Hi, following lots of good advice I have totally redone my site. Have added some content in frames for index page. Please advise of any further changes I should make.

    top blue banner contains only texts and no links.. thats kind of confusing.. or is this problem only happening with my browser. That image is making site very slow.

    I could add links to text. Originally was only for information but maybe it is confusing. I did try to do it with CSS but am not that knowledgeable yet. Not sure about the image if I can make it any easier to load, will check into it though. Thanks for your comments.
