This is a crazy idea. Nobody in their right mind should allow their code to be placed on another site where they have no control. I know I wouldn't.

You say you are not happy with how much they pay so how do you expect this 'business venture' to work?

1) If you only charge a percentage of what the ads make then you are earning even less.

2) If you charge more than the ads make then it's no use to the publisher.

 

If I can talk to the publisher we can come up with a banner that is far more interesting to my public, and that would then bring far more clicks and sales......
