Totally Confused About My Google PR 4/10 On a Sessions Enabled Page.

Hi everyone, I am so stumped on what I found today on my tutorials website! I noticed after logging into my site that my submit page has a google page rank of 4/10!!!! I'm stumped because it's not really seen meaning that only members have access to this page. I noticed it by using the firefox plugin from www.quirk.biz/searchstatus, where it shows the PR of any webpage you view. See, normally if a non member clicked on the submit link, it would redirect them to the login page using PHP header location.

Screen Shot: Look at the bottom right hand corner!

Can anyone please explain to me why this has happened? I went and check my Google webmaster tools and had not seen any links to the actual submit page as I had stressed earlier that it's sessions protected!

What links are pointing to that page? Maybe the homepage is passing link juice to it.

Internal links are probably the reason, if the page is accessible by robots and visitors without a password it's very possible.

The thing is, that you cannot access it without a password!

I think mtime and zangief are possibly correct. That my main link passing to the page however, my website is fairly new!

Where do you see the error page??? If it's not abnormal will it actually help increase my main site i.e. homepage ranking? Please explain.

I don't see an error page since the url has not be provided , but generally if a page is for members only and if you try to reach it you get an error page something saying "this section is for members only" , google even gives pagerank to banned sites (of course it looks fake since they are not indexed).

It's a simple PHP redirect using header location which is a legit SEO technique to redirect properly. I'm just stumped. I just don't understand how my www.tutorialpro.net/submit.php page is a PR 4... I hope that it will pass to my main url <- that would be great! For now, I'm still confused and haven't found a real answer yet.:cool:
