Totally Amazing!! See how cars slow down, new way other than Radars!

Here in India we have The Original Speed Breakers (much bigger pot holes ) like this you have shown. Amazing is it not?

Its really a brillent idea and i like it too much.

 

What a hair brained absolutely ridiculous idea. So someone takes their eyes off the road for a second, as any driver does, often, see's a fake pothole in front of them, slams on the brakes or worse swerves to avoid the damn thing and causes an accident.

Who then is to blame?

The driver of the vehicle thinking that he was swerving to avoid a potential hazard or the company / highways agency for employing such a barmy measure to get road users to slow down on a false premise, something which isn't actually there at all?

Surely the best way to get drivers to slow down is by education?

Or as a shock tactic, something like this, which really should wake you up and make you think twice about speeding in the first place?

What would really be shocking is if they showed the reality of what a car would really do to the human body or the body of an adolescent if that car was going at 30 miles an hour in stead of seeing a small drip of blood coming down the child's ear.
