Selling TotalEminem.com Eminem Blog

Hi,

I am looking to sell my Eminem blog TotalEminem.com., it is running wordpress with a custom theme made by me.

The blog has been up for just over a year now and has been great fun to run (as i am a HUGE eminem fan) but unfortunatly no longer have the time to do updates to the site.

I also added a PHPBB forum to the site but did not promote it any further but is a great opportunity to build up a active community. As previously mentioned the site has been up for just over a year but has only been monitized through adsense for the last month (initially it was ran as a bit of fun rather than a money making opportunity), my adsense earnings for TotalEminem in the month of January 2010 are, (See Adsense Screenshot)

Traffic data etc is all available in the screenshots, it is using webalizer which is installed on my server.

TotalEminem has a twitter account (http://twitter.com/totaleminem) with 1419 followers and 14 listings and facebook group (http://www.facebook.com/group.php?gid=206681028985) which hasnt really been promoted apart from the updates.
