Total No. of pages in My Website is 720...?

    Here Google is crawling same pages 2 times in sitemap.xml and in sitmap-image.xml so it showing total index 737. My question is that will it be considered as duplicate case? Will it effect in site ranking or traffic? Will it be effect by panda or penguin update?

    You should not have 2 xml sitemaps within the same site. Delete one otherwise you may well be penalised.

    use only one sitemap.xml in a single site. use one more rss.xml or you can also use ror.xml.....but do not put more than one sitemap in single domain..

    Yah Only one site map if enough for one website. Just delete another otherwise your site may get penalize :)

    Yes it will contains as a duplicacy so remove the first one sitemap xml otherwise Google will penalized you.
