Total items shipped deduction

Never seen this occur before until today.

Is this because the order was returned. Fraudulent transaction?

 

Sometimes orders are returned or refunded back and hence Amazon deducts referral commission from your account

 

I had the same issue in the last two month, I think it looks strange if it happens on a regular basis

 

Sometimes people cancel orders before they ship and it will be deducted.

 

I realize that, but it already showed as being shipped.

 

This happened to me just now. My items shipped went from 240 to 200, and earning dropped around $70 all in a couple of minutes. I've sent amazon an email already, and i plan to live chat with them tomorrow.

 

My earning dropped about 180$ just now. Drop about 100 items already showed as shipped.
Very strange issue

 

There's some technical issue going on. I'm seeing earnings drop and my last month's earnings dropped to half!

I lost $100 in earnings this morning as well.

 

i'm glad i found this thread. Lost about 40% of my revenue due to total items shipped dissappearing. Glad its not just me.....

 

Amazon replied to my support email with the following and hopefully this will put us all at ease while they fix the problem. This was sent to me at 12:30pm MST today.

 

I got a similar email, they included this though

Checked downloaded reports and it still didn't show the correct item shipped and total earnings.

 

Yep I just tried downloading the report as both XML and TSV; both reports show the incorrect amount.

 

There is some relief that this is a common problem among other amazon associates. I guess we all just have to wait and let Amazon sort this out.

 

Even more shipped items have been deducted. This is really odd considering this has never happened before and now it's occurred multiple times in the same month.

 

I too had the same issue.
But it seems to have been fixed now.

 

Yeah looks fixed to me, too. Around the holidays stats get messed up a lot and delayed but I've never seen hundreds of dollars just disappear.
