Google does not care to index all the pages in a website. Its algorithm allows it to index what ever pages it deems fit to index. Of course, do not get frustrated. You can improve your site's visibility by including the sitemap and submit the same to google regularly after updating your sites. To submit sitemap to google, first sign in to google webmaster tool ;)

How have you got nearly 13000 pages on a two month old site!

Yeah I think they'll pick it all up in the end. It may just grow slowly. Have patience.

It is new thats why.But if you want to make it faster make your content easily reached.an example is to have enough links that reach the depth of your site at the frontpage.

What is the maximum number of clicks required to reach any one of those pages, from the homepage?

If the pages in the XML sitemaps aren't tightly knitted into the Website's natural architecture, then they might get overlooked, even though they're in the sitemap.

XML sitemaps assist, not define what should be indexed.
