Total hits on Google Analytics

Hi,

I can't find a total visitors number on Google Analytics.
I can only view it per month etc, but I couldn't find something like "total vitiors" that would show how many people visited the website from the date of isntalling the code.

If Google Analytics is not capable of doing that, which stat counter would you recommend?

why not you use awstats. there will be for google as well but did not check of my site from ages.

 

you can 'apply a date range' that goes back to when the code was installed on the site for life to date statistics

 

you can search by country wise, keywords wise and date wise as well

 

I agree. you just need to change the date to see all the data. By default, Google Analytics shows one month's data.

 

Just click on top right corner: you'll see the dates 2008/87/76 to 2008/55/22.

Just click on that box and define what you want: day, week, year etc etc

 

You can try Compete.com ... Not free though ...
