Tossed by google, now where?

For whatever reason inside their tiny little corporate mind, google decided to not only toss my publisher id, but to just basically act like a bunch of unprofessionals and not respond to the appeal form whatsoever:
Errm, ok, fine, but I did nothing wrong (yah, I know that everyone says that, but in my case, I literally did nothing wrong). I'd had an account for some 4-5 years with them, abide by all their ridiculous rules (even tossed a surf program which I was using for traffic because they "thought" it was bad for their customers). I was happy with $20-$30/month (yeah, doesn't sound like much), but google banned me.

Now, this thread is not about that, but where to move on to next. Obviously, google is crap, they're a waste of time and money. Who, or what is going to handle things better? Here's what I've seen so far from experience:

    Adtoll:
These guys seem decent, until you realize that you're going to look at the same 5 ads for eternity. No decent RoN ads, boring assed ads mean that my visitors don't get motivated to click, and, of course, my income stays at virtually crap.

    Adbrite:
Nothing, but nothing there. RoN ads are horrific, take hours to show something, and it's just aweful. 6 hours after I setup and installed the ads, I was seeing nothing but "your ad here" messages, which, of course, doesn't do a damn thing for me, the publisher!

    Yahoo:
Would be good, but these guys can't even get contextual ads right, why bother there?

    Clicksor:
Talk about a joke. Charging publishers to show their ads, not accepting any "free hosting" sites any more, uggh, completely unprofessional as well.

Understandably, most are going to rally to google's defense, but just skip that. I did nothing wrong, I absolutely refused to break their rules, yet lo and behold I find myself without a publishing network.

Who, on earth is worth publishing ads through, aside from scam (I mean google) processors?

If you were earning only 20-30 bucks a month over a 4 or 5 year period ... you shouldn't even bother looking elsewhere. Just publish without ads. Something tells me you are an idiot and did things wrong ... but that's another story.
