If anyone out there has some good suggestions for what should be put in a TOS for a directory or any kind of business would you pass along some information or some samples of TOS pages?? I am developing a site and would like some input on this page of my site. Thank you for your suggestions.

If this was my need, I would consult with an attorney because a TOS is considered a contract where you can be held liable. But I would also check out my competitors TOS to get an idea as to what is commonly, or not so commonly, used.
