TOS Violations?

    I was sufring through internet and came across this web can you please check his/her ads and tell me that it is against TOS or not?

    THis site is for sale on EBAY for US $4,700.00

    Yes - it i s against TOS. The box uses 'Amazing Offer' and 'Try it today' to entice people to it's ads. The only text which could be used in those positions is 'advertisements' or 'Sponsored Links'

    Nice find. You should report him.

    In a way this site is forcing people to click on their ads..
    Of course it is against Google`s TOS..

    really bad on his part...its certainly againt TOS,not yet banned i think because its ads are still showing up

    The whole site, from all the exclamation points and whatnot, give you the impression he's a desperate salesman trying to make his monthly quota. Very off putting.

    I agree with you on that Jack. It reminds me of those car salesmen that are always bugging you to buy the crap car when you have allready told them that you are really just looking.
