TOS Violation?

    https://www.google.co.in/adsense/terms :

    My AdSense code is in the "overall_header.tpl" (in phpBB)which causes adsense to appear in every forum link including the pages mentioned above(like the thank you page) Is it aganst the TOS? Help.
