TOS violation?

I'm on AdSense, and haven't used YPN, but figured this is against their TOS. Thought some of you might get a kick out of it. You might have to scroll down a little.

I looked at that page, but I didn't see YPN anywhere.

 

The homer simpson is against the TOS cause its an image.

That looks great but I have just been to your site and the ads are no longer there, or have you removed them?

 

I still see it, I think he may have geotargeted it. Are you in US?

However, very nice use of an animated image! Too bad it really is against the TOS.

Poor Homer has to be associated with a copy & paste splog. What a shame.

There's no original content on that site. If Team YPN notices it, I should think they'll ban it.
