    Hello,
Please take a look at the attached screenshot. Do you think that embedding adsense in this fashion violates any of google's Terms of Service. The google link unit is right underneath and blends in with the normal links .

    please give your feedback.

hhmm.. if those were ad units they would definitely violate the TOS - but since they are link-units, maybe not ?
    I wouldnt do it though..

I'd contact them just in case but TBH I don't think it would be a violation as google does recommend to blend the ads into the contact with the same colours etc.

I asked around other forums and was told blending link ads (similar to that) was fine & that I had been losing money by not doing so earlier. However, doing it for regular ad units is definitely a no-no. One thing to remember is that your visitors might not appreciate going to some ad page that way

(Did not ask google myself - you might want to if you're concerned)

Another self-question to ask: Was your design implementation made with the intention that your readers will click on the ads by mistake, because it is confusingly similar to actual content links?

I think the 'spirit' of the Google TOS is that those who click on the ads should be 'fully aware' that they ARE clicking advertisements. They don't what the 'Ooopps, I didn't know they were ads'.

A lot of site implementing that ad placement, but til now they are safe. Maybe that's not against TOS..
