TOS Violation On Popular Site

    Thats a grey area since that can be considered a link rather then a title since it is. However, this is not intended to be a link obviously.

    Mmm I dunno i think Google would see that as a header, and therefore a violation, especially if you look at the rest of the front page, its clearly intended to be a header...same font size as "Introducing The Feed Directory" and "More Feed Tools/Services".

    Ya i guess its a 50/50..but Id be pretty confident that if google knew about it...they would ask the webmaster to change it.

    I thought TOS said that you can't label adsense units as anything other than "Sponsored Links"?

    I think hes referring to the pictures to the left of the ad box. - he has got a line between them though.
