I was reading the term of service FAQ and had a great idea for adsense.

I need to know everyone's opinion on this because the only thing I can find that would relate to this in the TOS is the amount of times an adsense ad shows up on a page.

Let me know if there is any other thoughts you have.

On my forum, I can add html code into my signature. I can see this being very effective is done tactfully. Maybe Adlinks or some of the smaller ads. Not the skyscrapers or anything like that. It would blend very nicely.

I havent seen anyone doing this even though it would be huge Im sure.

So since I cant find any info about it I want to name this, since I missed the whole sandbox thing to SEO-GUY! So I call it -- Sigsense --

Well, your only allowed 3 instances on a page. So if you post more then three times in a thread (and all end up on the same page), your screwed. :)

Google code will only display 3 times anyway. You could add it 50 times and it will only show up for the first 3

    try it!

Um, no, he shouldn't "try it" even if Adsense does display only the first three ads. Posting the codes more than 3 times is BREAKING THE TOS regardless of how many shows up. ;)

Since I'm assuming you own the forum, you can put a php counter in to stop displaying the ads after 3 posts...
